  1. Probably a better idea to put this here: http://forums.technicpack.net/forums/lets-play-pavillion.40/
  2. Try pressing random buttons. I think it was either ctrl or alt which fixed it for me, although I'm not certain. You could also try rebooting Tekkit.
  3. Have you tried downloading the JAR instead? EDIT: Ninja'd. Again. Sad face.
  4. I'm not certain, but I think clearing the cache usually fixes that issue.
  5. I'm pretty sure "unsupported Major Minor" means you're running Java 6 when you need Java 7.
  6. That's an REP. It's not dangerous, but disables wireless redstone nearby. I'm pretty sure it can't be used by anything but a player, so someone's chucking them at you.

    Help

Holy crap! Man the bomb shelters! Woman the bomb shelters! Child the bomb shelters! Evasive action! I think this is it guys. It's been an honour randomly talking about stuff with you!
  8. Just check that you have the default address properly written. A grammatical or spelling mistake could break the whole thing, so check it again. If that doesn't work, I have no idea.
  9. Like I said, I think your Java path may be incorrect. Redo it and check whether that makes a difference.
  10. You don't press ctrl...
  11. I prefer the config nuke method personally. It doesn't feel very satisfying, but if you can't fix it yourself it's a useful tool. Change the max aura level to 1, load the world, change it back to max, load world again. The taint level(and overall aura level) is now 1. The taint just shrivels up and dies, even in tainted areas.
  12. Well your computer certainly seems to think that it's not there. Redo it to make sure it's set correctly.
  13. Try redownloading, and updating Java if it's not up to date already.
  14. That could be the problem. Is the server rebooted often, because I can't get on often.
  15. This is built in to the Vanilla Minecraft server, and I think is usually triggered when the server clock becomes different to the computer's, usually because of something causing a large lag spike or a general slowness of the server. I think it can be disabled in the options.
  16. Have you actually tried setting Java in your PATH? It complained that you haven't, so it's worth a try.
  17. They can help if you post on the Bugs forum instead. http://forums.technicpack.net/forms/tekkit-bug-report.2/respond
  18. It's a laptop. A pretty awesome one, and the only disadvantage is the single core. It's not particularly new, and I wouldn't call it state of the art, but it runs well and can handle most games easily.
  19. Strange, my Dim Anchor(feeling lazy) doesn't seem to be loading properly then. Must be set up wrong. Do you need to return to your anchor after a reboot to get it working again? I know you do in SSP.
  20. Wow, I never realised that the profile pages of moderators were so funny to look at. You should put your profile in the whale box or something!

      freakachu

honestly I haven't even looked at the profiles of the other mods. maybe I should, haha.

  21. Have you tried a different world, and reinstalling the Tekkit server completely?
  22. He already made one. It got him a warning from a mod for Low Effort Posting. He literally gave next to no information.
  23. Try the solution in this thread (solution 1): http://www.technicpack.net/forums/threads/3-1-3-reported-issues-and-possible-fixes.30863/ Also, niclas754, please don't double post.
  24. Just use solution 1 for now. Have you ever run a normal Minecraft server before? If not, try and get one working first, so you can solve the simpler solutions first.
  25. If you can't help, don't post. It's that simple. Going into other people's bug threads and begging for help only makes you look like an impatient idiot, don't do it. Back on topic, here's your solution Billybob. I think you've got mixed up and deleted the wrong thing when trying to solve your problem, so I'll try and clear things up for you. In solution 2 of this thread: http://forums.technicpack.net/threads/3-1-3-reported-issues-and-possible-fixes.30863/ It says that you need to remove the Buildcraft API from the railcraft.jar mod folder. This means just that one file, you don't need to delete Railcraft(which is where I believe you've gone wrong). This should fix the problem and allow you to run all the mods. Have fun!
