  1. Ok, that looks like it could be either a corrupted chunk or player data file. You could try re-entering the chunk again to test, and if it goes wrong just fix it like you did before and search for a way to reset the chunk. If it was a player data problem, then it is unlikely that the problem will reoccur, so you should be fine to continue in that area.
  2. Make your own bug report, rather than hijack someone else's bug report. Have you tried reinstalling the server? If that doesn't work, check that you have Java in your path directory.
  3. You may be interested to know that Optifine Multicore has Multicore chunk loading support. Seriously boosts your FPS if you have Multicore. Which I don't. Which the guy who gave me a modpack I use does. It took me ages to work out what was wrong with my chunk loading, because it loaded every other chunk with a nonexistent core.
  4. Check whether you get a crash log from this, and whether the Server log says anything. Any information like this could help, so just put in all you have.
  5. You could use EU detector cables to check whether any power is going through out of the MFSUs.
  6. To put it in a spoiler, you put it in the Code area. Your error log doesn't seem to show a crash. What makes you think it is crashing? Perhaps you're just having connection problems? Also, you may want to stop signing your name, since it's against the forum rules.
  7. Miners and Terraformers are Ic2 machines. The Miner digs valuable ores for you(it seeks them out, no more quarrying the landscape to pieces since it just makes one hole in the ground), and the Terraformers change the landscape to make it look different, such as making a desert a jungle, or a plains biome look like a winter wonderland.
  8. Don't think there are any at the moment, as long as you hoe the land before use. Just use block breakers and deployers. Deployers plant the wheat(bone meal optional) and Block Breakers harvest it.
  9. No specific machine, as far as I know. A mixture of deployers and block breakers should be able to do it though. Or if you feel cheaty use EE2 condensers.
  10. There's a bugs section for a reason, you know. Use it rather than posting in old threads which were in the wrong place too.
  11. Here's the answer to why: He set up his server without restricting it. Derp. Just use plugins and fixes to do this. The server op swap shop should give plenty of solutions.
  12. My cats are named after Alcoholic Beverages. Does that count?
  13. Check that you're not trying to do this in the spawn area, which is auto protected. Try oping yourself and [Redpower] if you really want to build in the spawn area.
  14. The log is located in Appdata/Roaming/.techniclauncher/logs.
  15. That's a config error, try redownloading the server.
  16. What mods do you need? If it gives you a list, you have the wrong version.
  17. My chunk loaders don't seem to be working either. Any idea which one works? I'm pretty sure I have all 3 types set up, but unless my Mass Fab is slower than I thought I should be making way more progress.
  18. What exactly is the problem with doing it for both Tekkit and Minecraft? They run the same Java, it should make no difference. In fact, it doesn't, other than to hugely boost FPS.
  19. In all honesty, anything over 200fps isn't exactly a huge change from 100fps, and anything above 1000fps is just serious overkill. It's like people saying "yay, I have 32GB of RAM! Wait... What difference does this make to gameplay again?"
  20. Necromancing what? This thread wasn't dead, it w just dieing. They're medics, it necromancers!
  21. I'm not certain that I'm thinking of the right thing really. Check that the Techniclauncher has permission to create folders. In the Roaming folder, is there a folder called .techniclauncher?
  22. Try redownloading the launcher. The directory's missing a location after Roaming.
  23. Yep, wrong place. Next time try the Tekkit bug section, since this forum is for the Launcher, not Tekkit. I'll save you some time and just suggest you search the problem instead of posting again. It happens a lot, and there's plenty of people with the solution. Try copy and pasting the first 3 lines after it says [sEVERE]. If that doesn't work, just search Advanced Machines or something similar.
  24. The problem is the minimum size of Minecraft blocks. If something, for instance a lamp head, strayed into the area where the next block was, there would be a huge block in the place of a tiny cutting of metal at the end of the lamp.
  25. Just tell him that that program takes forever to run, kills your computer, and the end results look crap. I draw all this from videos of the World Of Warcraft version of it.
