  1. The mods in this mod pack aren't made or edited by the Tekkit team, so why are you posting this here? Go whine to to the ic2 crowd if you actually want this, instead of just using the better version of the batpack which is already in the game.

  3. It was removed because the guy who made the mod it was in, forestry, decided he didn't like Tekkit. What we DO have is the energy link, which will do the same thing.

  6. We probably don't. Chances are it'll be replaced with a new, completely multiplayer Technicpack.

Actually, I think that if you use one of the mffs mod's more smp useful technologies, you can create more than enough power to run the teleporter system - the nuclear reactor containment field, which allows you to run a completely full 6 chamber reactor with no danger. As a side note, perhaps you could combine both ideas by implementing the "zapper" upgrade to your inner forcefield, although this could mean that they could die and return to destroy your second teleporter. Probably not a good idea.
  8. I think one of the main things holding updates back is that not only do the mods have to be updated, but so do the Bukkit ports.
  9. Tekkit already has ee and quarrys... Many servers disallow them though.

  12. Tekkit has plugins. Just download a plugin with an MOTD, such as commandbook.
  13. If you add a "pause" into your server launch, you should be able to see the error. Your launch should look like this inside(You only need to add the pause): java -Xmx3G -Xms2G -jar Tekkit.jar nogui pause This should let you see the error, then you can take it to the Tekkit Bug Forum and post a bug report of the error there.
  14. I think a few weeks ago there was a similar idea from another guy, but it basically ended up failing with every world generation mod. If you can get it working, great, but last time someone tried they failed with this and several other mods.
  15. Putting another forcefield directly behind the first should stump most Forcefield exploits, such as teleportation via ender pearls or similar.
  16. In which case, unless you backed it up yourself, you'll have to go with option C - spawn the stuff back in and pretend it never happened.
  17. Erm... right click, then press "Restore Previous Versions". It's a Windows thing, not a Minecraft one.
  18. You might have the wrong version as well, make sure you're using the same version of Tekkit as the server is.
  19. I don't think this'll work anymore, but you used to be able to do an ID dump using NEI. Search "NEI Block ID Dump" on the Technic section, there was a post about it.
  20. Unless you have a backup of your own, probably not. If you're really that desperate, you could try using that "Restore Previous Versions" option and download one from when your computer last backed up, but that'd probably undo all of your stuff you'd done since then.Your best bet is probably just to spawn the stuff back in and pretend this all never happened.

  23. It might help if you actually said what was wrong with your server hosting here, because you've really not helped anyone who might try to help fix this problem in your post.
  24. Are you an op on your server? It won't work if you aren't.
  25. They're meant to be the same frequency, not two different ones. If that's not the problem, try testing them next to eachother.
