  1. That doesn't actually make any difference.
  2. Have you tried using chunk loaders at each relay?
  3. Not too hard to do. Nether + a fair amount of walking = hundreds of miles from civilisation. Having a teleporter which requires a specific signal to activate at your base's end makes it near impossible for anyone to find unless they're willing to scour an entire minecraft map to find you. Of course, this means that unless they either find a way to access your teleporter or find your base, you can pretty much do anything to them without them being able to retaliate directly. Hiding your base in a huge cave hidden underground could both look good and make detection even harder. Good luck greenwolf :)
  4. Do I get my money from this? In my opinion he's probably half right with this. Everyone has probably done a little, but someone may be doing more.
  5. 50 Industrial Credits (which I can't give you so it's safe to bet) that Gav has a solution which nobody else would think of. Hi, I'm randomly staring at your server posts :)
  6. Reboot the client and server.
  7. Probably the servers. Try when they're back on.
  8. http://mcportcentral.co.za/wiki/index.php?title=Ports_for_1.2.5#Addons Use the one from there, that website has all the Bukkit ports for games, including addons.
  9. Hang on, I think I may have caught your error. Are you trying to install the Server version or the Bukkit version? Normal server won't work.
  10. Look for something saying [sEVERE], and your problem should be there. Most likely it's a block ID conflict, but lets make sue first.
  11. Well, if you're using the 2.1 version then that's your problem, because that's for a different version of minecraft. It's also worth noting that Tekkit actually uses Immibis's version. Perhaps you could post an error log so I can see what's wrong?
  12. It's already in Tekkit.d
  13. Hmmm... Perhaps you can dupe it using a Redpower fakeplayer and enderchests, since that doesn't change dimensions. If that doesn't work than its probably impossible.
  14. It's a bug with IC2 and in the code. There's a custom fix, go into the Technic section and search Achievment Reset. I think that's what the thread was called, anyway.
  15. Just noticed I didn't mention this, but if you have the wire coming from under the ground, the jacketed cables can go through hollow micro blocks, meaning that it looks exactly like it's coming from the ground rather than from a hole with a little wire inside. This'll probably sound confusing, so ill try to explain with a diagram L I I I HG R The l is the lamp, I is the wire, g is ground, h is hollow block, and r is red stone current. Basically, the current comes from underground and the hollow block hides the wiring, so it looks as if its just a kind if plank supporting a lamp rather than just a wire with circuitry exposed.
  16. You've solved that problem, but I thought I'd mention the method I use for street lamps anyway since you asked for us to share designs. Basically, I use redstone cables from Redpower to power the lamp, and replace the support with it. It looks really neat and awesome, so if you're trying to power the lamps any other way, try that, and it should look a lot better than before.
  17. Ugocraft doesn't use the same mod API as Tekkit. If you don't understand what this means, I'll cut a long story short and just say that unless you completely remake Ugocraft to work with Forge instead of Modloader, it will never work. Sorry.
  18. It's already in Tekkit... You know that bar on the side of your inventory with all the items in? press R while hovering over an item in that, and it'll give you the recipe. U gives you the uses.
  19. Putting it on a cactus or lava works.
  20. I don't think it likes cables. You could try using something else to transmit power. I'm not certain, but I think transformers could would.
  21. Since this is Tekkit, you'll want to go into the Tekkit folder rather than the Technicssp version.
  22. That means that your server is having lag issues. Try giving it more RAM.
  23. You ask where the work is with Quarries? They need power. You ask where the work is with power flowers? Aside from cost, there isn't one, which is why they are so widely disabled. They DO however cost quite a lot to set up. A lot of the other EMC generators don't, so they basically take out the only limitations which make EE even remotely fair.
  24. Is it port forwarded properly?
