Note that 'Medium Voltage Solar Array' isn't in Industrial Craft 2, it is an add-on for IC2 called 'Advanced Solars.'

Re: Combustion Engine Right Click bug for Tekkit 2.1 On a new 2.1 map running under Windows I don't get this issue at all, it works perfectly. It might be the world convertor. Did you guys try to break the engine and put it back?

Nope, instead you just get an always-smoking nether ore block if you place it, otherwise the ore block as far as refining is useless.

On the launcher, with Technic selected in the upper left, click on the 'Mod Options' button in the lower right. Change 'on' to 'off' on whatever mods you want to turn off.

And since not everyone is in the UK, I shall direct you to this: http://www.copyright.gov/help/faq/faq-general.html#what So while its within their rights to get pissy with their mods, if someone DID want to bring a lawsuit to bear on someone for a minecraft mod (In the U.S. at least) you'd not only have to pay for copyright registration, you'd also have to serve whoever you think is breaching your copyright. You'd also have to show that somehow this person has caused damages. This could prove to be difficult to do considering Technic doesn't claim the mods are theirs, we don't 'steal' anything and we gladly donate and tell others to donate. The mods themselves aren't being sold either. We also don't accept donations at all and instead direct them to the modders themselves. Last I heard the IC2 team has had over 1k in donations to them since being inculded in Technic. Exposure is a good thing.

Depends on the saplings. The giant trees take a long ass while to grow, so chances are you simply didn't wait long enough. The IC2 rubber trees grow like normal trees in the same amount of time.

Basically it works on a 'whenever someone feels like it' Like, I saw you helping someone else somewhere, forgot why you were helen kellered and took it off. Its that easy! There is no secret list of Helen Kellers, its simply if someone with the power sees you acting in a way that deserves it you can catch the pink. It should clear up on its own.

Right, my mistake. Have Tekkit selected, then click 'options' on the launcher. Manual build selection, select 2.1.0 Latest. Now try to connect to that server.

Quit trying to connect to a 2.1 server using your 2.0 client. This is why people are asking for what version of Tekkit the server is running on, since this is exactly why this is happening to you. EDIT Otherway around :o
