Maybe the teleporter didn't have enough energy available. Teleporting one player a medium distance away is already quite a bit of EU, but teleporting one player with a full inventory some distance away is even more.

Why would you want them to work together? What purpose would it serve?

He'd have to encrypt it, or it would be easily exploitable. The user could copy or modify the value. The only way I could see this as working is basically giving every user a floppy disk with only his own name stored in it, and have all buy/sell computers linked to one mainframe using RedNet. That hidden mainframe will then store everyone's "credit". Or you could just use Industrial Credits and Trade/Energy-o-mats. Also, don't sign your posts.

I've heard of this problem before. The automatic crafting table doesn't seem to return re-usable resources like the Diamond Handsaw and Philosopher's Stone.

If only more modders had this mentality. It's the reason I admire open-source modders the most.

Funny thing is, Technic does support the modders. They had huge-ass notices in their launcher saying "DONATE TO THE MODDERS", and they still have an entire page dedicated to it with links to all the modders. But the #1 reason people hate Technic is because people think KakerMix just put together a pack and published it with no regard for the modders. And with the huge amount of censoring on the Minecraft Forums, they get exposed to extremely one-sided information.

Try disabling all functions (Especially the auto-equip armor) of Inventory Tweaks by clicking on the three dot button on the top right of your inventory.

There are already a few projects like this. BukkitForge, a Forge Mod which supports a few plugins here and there. The only thing it needs is left and right click detection, some final adjustments and it should work with 80% of plugins. There's also MCPC and MCPC+. I'm not sure what it is, but it seems to be Forge mod support built into a fork of CraftBukkit, meaning it supports Bukkit plugins natively.

If you have a laptop with NVidia GPU, then try going to the NVidia Control Panel and set javaw.exe and/or Technic Launcher to be used with the High-End GPU instead of the Intel Integrated Graphics.

If you use MCPC, you shouldn't be using BukkitForge as MCPC Plus handles Bukkit plugins natively.

I guess that's true. There's certainly a correlation between loudness and amount of stupidity. Although I've seen plenty of Technic fanboys lash out towards normal FTB players, too. I guess all communities come with the complimentary group of idiots.

If you look slightly under minecraft.jar, you should see this magical thing called "modpack.jar". Put all files which would normally go into minecraft.jar in modpack.jar instead. Including OptiFine.

You could always make your own server, you know. I haven't played Voltz yet, but it looks like an arms race to me. So PvP is the only logical thing. What else are you going to shoot at? Villagers?

Java does use all the cores of your CPU. If it's not, then it doesn't need to. That is, unless you're running something older than Windows Vista for some reason.

I have no idea what's wrong there. You could try getting a fresh RedPower.cfg and manually replacing the ID's with the right ones. I think all the ID Settings are the same for both server and client, but the rest of the config might differ. So just copy only the section containing the ID's.

Exactly. The first few times, I tried to explain what REALLY happened, but they either didn't believe me or they thought that I believed Technic was a private modpack. Or some other stupid BS. So now I just go "whatever" whenever someone feels the need to say "Technic is evil". @fidchelle Yeah, when I get banned over something stupid like that, I just think "Well, a community with prejudices like that isn't for me anyway".

That's actually pretty damn smart. Although /tpx 0 would probably be easier.
