Chapter One Once there was a magical horse who lived with a fish. His name was Reaver McHasselhoffen. His fishy roommate went by the name of Grumpy Basselton. They both liked butts. They loved their butts so much that one of them decided never to sit on it again! So, they swapped out their cars for segways, and used those to get around. Now there was a kid named Billy the bully, and he did not like the fact they used segways. His hate for segways came from a childhood accident involving a giant marshmallow and a Segway he got for his 5th birthday, which was toohilarious gruesome to be explained in detail. So on their way to a brothel on their segways billy set up a devious plan. He mad a hole two men deep and covered it with leaves on the sidewalk where he knew they would go. He got bored and fell asleep. When he woke up, he forgot about the trap and fell into it. He died later that day. Of dysentery. The distinct smell of dysentery-induced death violated their nostrils and they couldn't help but retch down the deadly well as they looked down into it. Chapter Two Once upon a land hippo called Jesse Unoflop, there was a spider. It lived in a rather large pineapple. The pineapple was not under the sea, but was in fact on the continent of Australia, which is a continent on the land hippo called Jesse Unoflop. Sadly, Jesse died a couple of thousand years ago, due to being a land hippo and the sea being poisonous to him. Unoflop did not like the spider, so he hatched an evil plot! Sadly, Unoflop died before he could execute his plot, and it was left abandoned somewhere in Australia. The spider lived out the rest of his days in Australia, lamenting his lonely life and the fact nothing in Chapter Two of the book he was reading made sense. So instead, the spider threw the book into the fireplace, took a bottle of pineapple wine from the cupboard and watched a show on the divinghelmet tv.

Lets put it in this way: You have a tube (the wire) with holes in it. You have different sizes of M&Ms. You pour those M&Ms down the tube. If the tube is large enough, bigger than the biggest M&M, it won't fry the tube. And now all those M&Ms go into your machines. Lets say, you put them in a LV machine, the electric furnace. If the M&M is bigger than size 32, the furnace will blow up. Back to the tube: You see, it doesn't matter how many M&Ms you put in it at once, the M&Ms don't fuse all their energy into one big M&M. So you can put in like 500 M&M's with the size 32 into a tube and it won't matter. The tube will transport as many M&Ms as it can take as long as every M&M isn't bigger than the tube itself. But the only machines which do fuse the M&Ms together are batboxes, MFE's, MFSU's and the transformers in reversed mode (you input power into the smaller dots and take it out on the 3-dotted side, only if you add a redstone signal to the transformer). But now to the holes part: You see, all of those small M&Ms lose a bit of their weight after they pass a hole, which is different for each wire. If you transport the small-sized M&Ms through a wire, each one will lose a bit of their weight (their energy). So you'll lose more energy if you transport it in the smallest size (voltage). So it's better to transport large amounts of power in HV/EV.

There is already a "What the hell can I use this for" function in NEI. All you have to do is press U (or whatever is standard in Tekkit) instead of the recipe button. That makes this what you're doing totally absolute.

The way you charge redstone cells is in an Energetic Infuser. You put it in there and it charges it. And about the transmission of MJ power, you can use BC pipes or redstone energy conduits. BC conductive pipes are the primitive "dumb" pipes, which have a loss PER pipe, whereas redstone energy conduits won't explode and have a fixed energy loss of 5% over the whole conduit distance.

The big suckup is that it takes friggin minecraft DAYS or even full hours in real life to just get two more ingots. We already have mods to double our ore output, so the time required to triple isn't even worth it.

No, there is no reasonable way to automatically fish in Classic. However, if you add Powercraft, you can make an automatic fishing machine which runs when you give it fuel. Yeah, I have also looked at the post date, but this is the only easy solution to the problem.
