The moment they stop charging for SA is the moment it falls apart. There are "plenty of free forums out there" but that's the point. They're all god awful. Only reason this place survives is because of how hard we police it, and because it's not nearly on the same scale as SA. SA is like the safe haven of the internet and is the only forums like it that I know.

You have to to use the .jar if you're running 32 bit, and you have to have 32 bit java. Also I cringe at your Norton. We can never be sure it's not the problem. Sometimes when you redownload the program, it thinks it's a new thing and your exception gets forgotten.

Not really no. If she didn't quit then I assume she's fired. To be fair though, it was her funniest drawing yet. Not surprised at all about the money thing. It makes me personally very angry because it means any ad revenue my comics generated went to him instead of the yogscast. I have no personal recourse since I've had nothing taken from me personally, but I imagine they sure do.

The x$ that has been spent on my account on SA to upgrade it with every feature, plus all the avatar changes, has been the best x$ I've ever not personally spent. I've had good times on SA. Got my name out. Did my favourite creative project on there.

If you've done what it says for enabling that button, then the problem is that you can't select mods. You're better off asking about it in the yogbox section.

Macs pretty much all have 64 bit OSX now. You're going to run into problems if you're just using 32 bit java.
