Isn't there a loss when converter are used? if you use them twice, the loss would be even bigger. And anyway, are the converters in any version of Technic/Tekkit? Not in any of those I tried, as much as I know.

BC uses MJ (MinecraftJoules) and IC use EU. EU = Glass fiber, MJ= conduxtive pipe. You can't mix one another. you can't teleport EU. Your best bet is using a HV transformer and then using glass fiber cable all the way to your base.

Actually, yes, there is a viewer button. And that is pretty nice. I'm not familiar with this texture pack, but do you have recyclers anywhere here? The scrap they produce accelerate the process of mass fabricating greatly.

Glass fiber cables lose 1eu per 40 blocks, and I'm not sure for wind mills, but default solar panels produce about that. Try placing one or two batbox halfway in the sky, so the distance between the generators and the storage is always less than 40 blocks.

If you can manage a mix of lapotron crystals and enderchests or teleport pipes, I guess that would be good too. But don't take my word for it, I haven't tried such a system yet.

I was thinking about just extending the adventure out of my tower, but it really wouldn't respect the spirit of the games, where you never exited the tower for the whole game. In other words, I would like to make another tower, even higher, larger, and with more levels... As for the texturepack... If you think you can do it, there is no way I could even think about stopping you, go ahead.
