The spelling has been changed over the years from Tzar to Csar to Czar and back again. All three are technically correct.

I side with Romney mostly due to the fact that I have a large personal investment in the Keystone Pipeline and agree with him on most (non-religious based) policies. No, the issue is that Apple released their version of Java 7 (this is different than the windows one) and removed most backwards compatibility. What this means is that mods that were created before the change (less than a month IIRC) don't function well. Currently the only solution for Mac users is to downgrade their Java version. If the OP was using Windows, you would be entirely correct.

Dude, instead of posting the same thing on every bug report that is even remotely similar to your problem, try posting your own! Crazy right? I mean who would think that by providing us with relevant info and logs, we could help you better?

This is not the place for this. The requests section of the Modding area is where you request HELP with MAKING mods. There is a post for suggestions elsewhere.

Likely you are using Java 7. You need to use Java 6. There is a post about that somewhere on the forums, try searching.

Disable Norton and redownload the launcher. Also, update your Java
