  1. Search around these forums for a guide on how to get the correct Java version
  2. Use pastebin.com to post your log. You need to update your Java to version 7u9 (make sure you get the 32 bit version)
  3. Use pastebin.com to post the log. Without that the only thing I can say is that you likely have the wrong bit of Java. double check to make sure you are using 64bit Java.
  4. We need a log, your actual Java version, the bit version of your OS and Java and any AV's you have. Likely it is a Java issue.
  5. Don't threadjack, make your own report. OP: Turn off your AV and redownload.
  6. Your Launcher is very out of date, we need your OS and Java version and you need to turn off Norton and redownload. EDIT: don't bump
  7. Turn off Mcafee and redownload the launcher.
  8. Turn off AVG and redownload the pack.
  9. You need to get Java 6 from Apple (Java 7 doesn't work very well AFAIK)
  10. You should go over there and point that out...
  11. I will translate: I am quitting the server and leaving my company to someone else who shows up here. I am leaving because of the misguided idea that Tekkit is dead because of the end of the forgebukkit project. I also randomly inserted a plug to the FTB mod pack in an attempt to start a flame war. Maybe GreenWolf13 or Ysarma want to absor my copmpagny but I haven't decided yet. Goodbye.
  12. You need to update your Java (version 7u9) and ensure it is the correct bit. Also try allocating more memory.
  13. Wasn't Wolfram that math guy? The drawing looks great Vakon. The armor kind of reminds me of something from WoW (I haven't played in about a year so it is probably old)
  14. Disable it anyways and redownload the pack. If it happens only on one, you likely have other firewalls on the other that are blocking it. Make sure all of those are turned off as well.
  15. Read the stickys in the Bug sections
  16. But then you would have bigger problems to worry about.
  17. Is 64-bit: 'false' That right there is your issue. Make sure you have the correct bit of Java. If fixing your Java doesn't work, turn off AVG and redownload the launcher.
  18. Wow, so much effort put into this post! Before anyone can have a realistic shot at helping you you really need to update the OP with: Version of Windows Bit version of Windows Actual Java version Java bit version Other things you have tried A log Without that all I can say is to turn off AVG and redownload the pack.
  19. You realise he is a moderator right? He did help you, by telling you what you did wrong.
  20. Don't sign your post. Also, pretty sure this is not the place for this. This is for submitting bug Reports. The forums have a useful feature called a search bar for this very situation, try using that.
  21. It is no longer a sticky because the issue that caused this problem has been fixed. If you have a similar problem, read the COMMON PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS sticky and if those tips don't work, post your own bug report.
  22. I got you covered friend, but this discussion is more suited to PM's IMO.
  23. May I suggest you guys take this discussion elsewhere (PM)? Derailing this thread is not a great idea (take it from an former derailer).
  24. That is what I was getting at.
  25. ...There is already a thread about this and an announcement on the front page of the site...
