  1. Re: Tekkify - [Tekkit] [Protections, EE/CC Disabled & More!] I'll be on after 7PM Pacific time or so, so if people have IC2 machines they don't want to lose, i'd be glad to 'lectric wrench them for you.
  2. Yo u can roll back specific areas pretty easily. They don't have to be global anymore.
  3. as long as choptree is available, tree planting does not concern me.
  4. The likelihood of the average persons parents being able to properly utilize ANY software is pretty low. Avast! is nice. I happen to like it.
  5. Re: [bug?] rotary macerator tekkit 3.0.3 Not a bug, you're just doing it wrong. The second slot is for additive maceration. If you have iron in the first slot, you can put coal in the second, and get refined iron ore, which smelsts directly to refined iron, or tin and copper, and you'll get bronze dust. if you put something wrong in the second slot though, it will refuse to run.
  6. Tekkify has a system where they can selectively roll back the world per individual. Griefers are identified, and every single change they make in the world is rolled back. It's rather nice.

    HELP!!!

Holy what? cheap, did you just skip out on the opportunity to tell someone to get bent? OP: When you get back from your 3 day vacation, use the report format, located here: http://forums.technicpack.net/index.php/topic,7086.0.html
  8. As far as I'm aware, you can't. If you could, it wouldn't be something you can control on your end, it would be something kaker or cheapshot or one of the other admins approached you about. Doesn't matter though, the odds are super slim.
  9. Seriously though, what the fuck is up with the blind fear of fat people? I mean, surely there are a million worse things to be than fat, right?
  10. The question isn't what happened to the good music, the question is why nobody seems to like good music. I mean, Tupac made some amazing music, but you can hardly classify the rap the he made and the rap that gets published now as part of the same genre. If you look around in the local scenes, and know what you're looking for, you can find good music tucked away in holes in the wall.
  11. Re: Tekkify - [Tekkit] [Protections, EE/CC Disabled & More!] I'm liking it. the spawn building is gorgeous. I don't see a whole lot of use for those beginner plots though. I just went out into the wild and started on my own. Also i fixed the link in your OP. Firefox couldn't find http.com.

    iPod app

What? This is beyond dumb, why would they even begin to want to think about considering having an idea about doing that?
  13. We don't probate for memes unless the user in question is already a shittastic poster. Erusprime has been here almost as long as i have, and has been a pretty solid poster. Not the best, but solid.
  14. Airship may work, but i don't know.
  15. I don't know about the actual faction mod, but there's a faction plugin that can be rather nice if you put effort into the server. Zeppelin is a no go because it isnt SMP.
  16. Re: Tekkify - [Tekkit] [Protections, EE/CC Disabled & More!] I'll be on either tonight or tomorrow depending on whether the Mudzereli has restored the map for his server.

  18. There are also 3 sided die. My favorites though, are 2d6's. It's a large, clear D6 with a smaller solid colored d6 inside of it.
  19. Well, generally they have between 4 and 50 sides, and you hold several of them in one hand, shaking them. Then you let them go so that they roll around on the table. This is called "rolling the dice" the numbers indicated on the upturned face of each die is your result.
  20. You've probably got mismatched server/clients. Make sure the server is 2.1.0 and the client is 2.1.1 (or vice versa, i can't be assed to go check)
  21. You could wire things (and compact your wiring this way) by sending the signal to wireless redstone blocks, and put your doors ON those wireless redstone blocks.
  22. Unfortunately it's pretty likely, unless people want to do some major work on their maps. Even then, the biomes will likely get all swapped around.
  23. I'm going to address this. Again. We don't have a "better than everyone" attitude, we have a "better than idiots" attitude. And that wasn't even directed at the OP. He broke a minor rule, and got barely even a slap on the wrist. Our attitude does drive people away and that is intentional. We don't want over entitled chumps cluttering up the forums. Second of all, the technic team has expressed almost NO desire for feedback from the general public. They are doing what they want to do and you are merely allowed to benefit from their work. HONK!
  24. The Oubliette of death: standard 1x1 falling trap. Except the walls at the bottom two level are dispensers full of musket balls. the player lands on a pressure plate, turning on clocks set to run fast, wired up to the dispensers. This will kill anything short of quantum.
