All modpacks crash after starting a new world

Everytime I launch a modpack and click start new world it will just disappear and the launcher will open back up, read all the files and really can't figure out what's wrong. Running the reccomended Java, reinstalled minecraft and technic and all the modpacks and still this keeps happening.

Looks like some kind of network or IP stack issue.

Is there any known solution, I mean I shouldn't even have to be connected to play single player, plus my internet is fine checked everything.

That error is odd enough that I'm not familiar with it in the context of the Launcher. You should probably make a post in the Tracker for the Launcher (top of this page).
