5irkarl Posted February 16, 2015 Posted February 16, 2015 So Ive been working on my custom modpack for a while and I recently updated it on the technic launcher and it just starts up with a black screen then crashes. Ive looked at the error log but Im not quite sure how to fix it so if anyone here knows what my problem could be please feel free to respond. Yakman3 Posted February 17, 2015 Posted February 17, 2015 when you updated it, what did you add? Quote
Noobsloth Posted February 17, 2015 Posted February 17, 2015 I had this problem last night too. Looked like the launcher had problems downloading the Minecraft.net assests correctly.. Quote
5irkarl Posted February 17, 2015 Author Posted February 17, 2015 So does anyone know how to get this working? And I've edited and added some stuff and the old one I had uploaded was from a long time ago so I couldnt really say what the changes were. Quote
Discord Moderator plowmanplow Posted February 18, 2015 Discord Moderator Posted February 18, 2015 You haven't installed the mod correctly. There is almost 48M of assets which need to be available for the mod to work. The mod author is packaging Last Days in a "non-standard" way. I can get the pack to launch by including part of what the author advises placing into the minecraft.jar file, but it won't start in single player. I believe the mod author is doing some "bad things" to actively prevent this. Short answer, take it up with the mod author. Quote
