Flans Content packs in custom modpack

Hello,

I am trying to make a custom private modpack and i cant seem to figure out what to do with my flans folder. I need all of the content packs to be able to play on my server. Anyone know what do do in this situation?

Flan's weapons packs go in the top level folder (along with bin, config, mods) named "Flan" (note the capital F).

I tired that and it still just brings me to vanilla minecraft. it is in my public folder in my dropbox. any more ideas? Its supposed to be ziped in the pubic folder in drop box right?

Always provide the API URL or a link to the pack details page when requesting custom modpack assistance. We will need that in order to continue.

Mc Heli, Damage indicators, treecapitator, Alchemy++, Archemedies Ships, Chisel 2, CodeChickenCore, Death Counter MOd, Flans mod, Inventory Tweaks, Minechem 5, NEI, Optifine, Reliqary, Secret Rooms, Smart Moving, Steves factory manager, War stuff.

im using these content packs for flans:

Modern wepons, simple parts,world war two, LPxPlayersCommunity Wepon Pack, Mecha Parts, modern armour, Titan pack, Zombie pack.

im running forege 1.7.10-10.13.4.1448
