custom modpack won't load

this is my modpack http://api.technicpack.net/modpack/the-dino-project-beta-1 and i know this is a common question but everytime i try to download it now it says it can't.

please help

If you need to get some help with a modpack you can:

1. Reread the topics here on the forums that have a modpack making tutorial.
2. Ask for help on IRC (it's not an instant chat, you need some patience)
3. Ask for help on discord (pretty loud in there)
4. Ask for help on reddit

Do not make several threads for the same topic, read the rules and do not sign your posts.
