yeah, they mentioned it on Direwolfs SMP the other day. The guys behind Feed the Beast are responsable.

Persoanlly, I think It's really two faced of meny of the mod authours involved, and don't like the obvious dig at the end.

I also think the rest of the authours involved who havn't been dicks up to this point are awsome.

Meh, Industrial Miner Ultimate Techpack got all of those plus some cool ones. Plus false advertisement; How are you supposed to make a modpack incompatible with TP's at all? Same for configs.

TL;DR, Not interested.

Pretty sure there's at least one mod in there that's not in that Ultimate Techpack. It's pretty secretive, so it's forgivable that you missed it.

You're right, I forgot about secret rooms, and there isn't extrabiome XL either. But other than that... Basically, all the modpacks coming out lately are variants of the Technic Pack. Extra biome is a little overwhelming, I prefer going without it, but that's a personal opinion. Secret rooms, on the other hand, is pretty cool. However, how many mods do I see here? 30-ish, while Technic is 50-ish. Off course, quantity isn't quality, but some very cool mods like ICBM, explosives+, EE, Power Converters/Transformers, Thaumcraft 2 (I guess they want this SMP compatible, so that may be why) are absent as well.

It is not really a cheapshot towards us and instead is their attempt to deal with all the anti mod pack hate floating around. A lot of people see mod pack and instantly think they are not legit until proven other wise.

all i know is from what im hearing here..... THIS PACK LOOKS amazing will defiantly use it. i heard there website is going live today or tomorrow over at Feed-the-beast.com/forum, i sure hope so.
