Tekkit Legends Not Starting Up

[ugh]

Whenever I click Play on Tekkit Legends, it wont start

I've tried reinstalling java, the launcher, the modpack, and basically everything else.

Please Help!!!

My vindows 7 is in Swedish so its a loose translation, but here it goes.
I don't know where it's located, but there should be a searchtool for searching for files in windows 8.1,
search for something resembling "edit enviromentvariables for the account" (just type env and it should pop up in the list)
and delete variables starting with _JAVA_OPTIONS if there are any.
