Need some help with optimising

hey guys i recently made an modpack just to play with friends, and everything runs and stuff but the fps is still very low and i already gave it more RAM so can annybody look at it and give me some tips or help to make it run smoother?

• Adding more RAM to the Launcher is not always a good idea. One should never allocate more than half the physical RAM in the computer, or 4Gig, whichever is the smaller amount. How much RAM does your PC have? How much are you allocating to the Launcher? What CPU/Platform are you using?
• I would recommend removing BetterFPS mod and adding OptiFine or FastCraft and see if that helps you.

i have 12 GB RAM and also optifine in it?

The rules still apply. Don't go over 4G, and likely you would never need over 3G.
