GamesvsGods Posted August 22, 2016 Share Posted August 22, 2016 Every modpack is really laggy even when I am on the starting screen. Some of the modpacks with only two or three mods work okay but still gets a few lag spikes.Vanilla works perfectly fine no lag at all. Also this has not been like this forever I was able to play modded minecraft just fine before and all of a sudden it would not work it is unbearable to play with only a few FPS. Bteam plays a bit better but still has a little lag but not as bad as the pixelmon one. KerzasKRW Posted May 27, 2020 Share Posted May 27, 2020 Found the solution. Do not use integrated graphics (at least intel). Had issues when no matter what mod pack, it lags or crashes. Switched java to run on dedicated graphics card and everything works fine now. Running on Acer aspire v3-772g laptop Intel Core i7-4702MQ RAM DDR3 8gb 1600 MHz GPU Nvidia GeForce 750M 4gb (intel (R) HD Graphics 4600) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
