Modpack fails to download, with Dropbox link.

I seem to be getting this error when trying to install my modpack.

If there is any more information I need to supply, I can update this post. I've tried a ton of things, and the only idea I have is that the file is not in the public folder, but that seems to be discontinued in 2013. Thanks for any help, guys.

File not found. 

Log into dropbox.com, find the file, right click, choose Share, create a link, paste that link into your modpack settings page, re-format the link according to the instructions at https://www.circlecraft.info/hosts/ and try again.

When I tried to do that, it didn't work for me...might just be me being stupid, but I don't think so.

Or just do like i do take the link like AetherPirate has instructed and edit the end to dl=1 instead of dl=0 if this doesnt work replace dl=0 with raw=1
