I've tried a ton of things, and the only idea I have is that the file is not in the public folder, but that seems to be discontinued in 2013. Thanks for any help, guys. Log into dropbox.com, find the file, right click, choose Share, create a link, paste that link into your modpack settings page, re-format the link according to the instructions at https://www.circlecraft.info/hosts/ and try again.
