I got it fixed. If you recently updated your driver. Roll it back.

Rick click computer > Properties

then click Device Manager at the side, go to Display Adapters.

Right click your graphics card, click properties and the then go to the Driver tab. Then select rollback driver.

 

It should load for a little then the screen should go black then come back on. After you've done this either restart your PC or just give it 24 hours. I did it last night and i tried it straight after and it didn't work so i gave up and when i tried this morning to see if time had changed anything and it seem to do so. Hope this works for you! Very frustrating took my ages to fix this!
