Try right clicking on the file and make sure it is in the public folder.

Thats not how it's done.

Now upload this to a web host! I personaly use dropbox but you have to enable a public folder to allow technic.net to use it correctialy. Here is how to do it:https://www.dropbox.com/enable_public_folder

Hey, I'm back. One question: I found a lot of open-source mods. If a mod is open-source, does that mean that you can use it in a modpack automatically?

This is the technic launcher, not FTB. Permission is not required. Anyways, this is a guide for building modpacks, not jumping through hoops.

You most likely will not find a veteran of these forums who agrees with you. But as luke said, thats a whole other can of worms. We can help you make the things, how you handle it is up to you.

I've done everythink right but it's saying it's an " Invalid Technic Platform Delivery URL" I don't understand as I followed right down to the pixel :/

You don't have bspkrsCore installed, you need to install that for his mods to work.
