InquizitorPhil Posted June 29, 2013 Posted June 29, 2013 The title is basically all the thread is about... I am getting quite annoyed with having to make several 20-block-tall, 8-bucket tanks just to hold all my oil...
Maxis010 Posted June 29, 2013 Posted June 29, 2013 http://forums.technicpack.net/threads/railcraft-please-remove.34910/ This is with regards to Lite but it still applies
dragonshardz Posted June 29, 2013 Posted June 29, 2013 I'd rather have Xycraft added than Railcraft, since RC's only real use is for tanks and the Steam power system isn't properly balanced against the mods currently in TekkitMain. That, or hold out for powercrystals or somebody to make a multiblock tank mod.
Al3xthegre4t Posted June 30, 2013 Posted June 30, 2013 The mod author didn't want rail craft in tekkit because railcraft was in tekkit before but without the mod authors permission. So he banned technic from using railcraft in the whole of the technic launcher apart from voltz because they asked the author seperateley and this had no collaboration with tekkit at the time

Melfice Posted June 30, 2013 Posted June 30, 2013 Requirements that are being broken left and right regardless, as I understand it. But it's a principles thing, I'm sure.
Mooseman9 Posted July 1, 2013 Posted July 1, 2013 Mekanism has a multiblock tank structure very similar to Railcraft's iron tanks.
xanthan Posted July 1, 2013 Posted July 1, 2013 Does it still have that stupid thing that breaks nether portals and multiblock structures despite also being useless?
Lethosos Posted July 1, 2013 Posted July 1, 2013 The heat trails? Yep, but it can be turned off in the railcraft config file.
