How to get 'raw' water out of a tank

Hey all,

 

I'm wondering if it is possible to 'extract' water out of a pipe in the same way a grate does, but the 'input' is a tank filled with water

I wan't to get water out of that tank and fill a pool with it.

 

Does anyone know if this is possible ?

The only thing I've ever heard of that allows water drainage like that is this.  But I've no idea what version of RedPower it's for or if there's any reasonable way to add it to your Tekkit Classic.

Grate is already in Tekkit Classic, however , A grate can only connect to Fluid pipes and a pump, these pipes cannot be connected to the general pipes.
