Launcher closes after i attempt to run my custom modpack HELP!

I just created a new modpack for myself, i set everything up, but when i attempt to launch it, the launcher disappears for a few seconds then reappears.

Here is my console log, no crash log as minecraft never opened.

The contents of your modpack is in a subfolder inside the archive. All of the required folders (bin, config, mods, etc.) must be at the top level of the directory structure inside the archive.
Your bin folder has extra, unneeded stuff in it. The bin folder should ONLY contain modpack.jar.
Your modpack.jar looks oddly sized. The modpack.jar is just the Forge universal binary jar renamed to modpack.jar.
You have two different versions of NEI in your mods folder.
Your IC2 is for a different version of Forge/MC. If you intend on including IC2 for 1.6.4 I highly recommend reading this post:
You have many block ID conflicts in the default configs (which you are not including).

You MUST include a full set of working configs in your modpack archive. In your case, because of the size and complexity of the pack, it simply will never work without them.

Fix these issues and come back if (when) you have more troubles.

As I mentioned previously, "The modpack.jar is just the Forge universal binary jar renamed to modpack.jar." Nothing more, nothing less (except in very rare circumstances you can safely ignore).

The config files get generated in the config folder when the mods load for the first time.

When the pack tries to launch the configs will get created. Check your modpack folder under .technic. for the config folder. There will be config files inside. Fix those then include them in your pack.

You need to allocate more memory to the launcher:

java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space

It looks like you are allocating a very small amount of RAM. This is a fairly sizable pack. Allocating less than 2G is going to end poorly.

Holy buckets, Batman. You would never need to allocate that much RAM to the launcher under any circumstances. Assuming your PC has 8G of RAM, set your launcher to 3G at a maximum. If your PC has only 4G then set your launcher to 2G maximum and don't run many other programs while running the client.

Still crashing at 3 gigs, i return to my original point, anything else that limits java ram usage?

You have included the cache folder in your modpack which has an entire copy of your pack inside of it. This makes your modpack well over 400M. This desperately needs to be removed and may be causing problems.
Your modpack archive should have only the following folders in it. Removing all other folders: bin, config, mods

Do these things, update your pack settings with the new download (if necessary) and let me know. I'll take another look then.

Edit:

After manually downloading your (giant) pack and setting up a test environment you have 14 block ID conflicts. Might want to address those at the same time you are working on the two points listed above.

Your modpack.jar is now named "modpack.jar.jar". This won't work. It must be named "modpack.jar".

Look in your ForgeModLoader client log towards the end of the file. You will see errors directly referencing the mods and block ID in question. Change to an unused ID (<=4095). You can find unused IDs by disabling the conflicting mod(s) and starting the pack. Use NEI to dump a full list of used/unused IDs and then start enabling mods one at a time and fixing the conflicts that pop up by referencing the list of IDs previously dumped.
