Inquiry on editing forum posts. (Solved)

So... How does one change the topic tags and title of a forum post, here? When initially making our server post in accordance with the rules I had to include the version number in the title. Just updated our B-Team server to 12a so I need to change it.

Click "Edit" -> "Use Full Editor".

Now you should have the opportunity to edit the title.
