Can't Make account// Forgot username

I made a account on http://www.technicpack.net/ A LONG time ago but I forgot the username and it says  Invalid Username/Password  And I can't log in...

I tried changing the password but it doesn't tell me the username and I can't log in using the email, I also tried making another account but it tells me that the email is already in use so I made an account here but when I use the same log in it won't work.

You'll either need to make another account or try to get ahold of an admin (protip: dont be an asshole about trying to get it resolved if you do end up contacting an admin directly)

I already tryed making another account but my email is in use, but thank's for the advice ill try contacting them.

This may sound dumb but How do I contact admins?
I can't find no support tab or something?

Well, you can attempt to PM them on the forums (I'd only recommend PMing one) and you can find them via the members link at the top and apply a search filter to show only admins.
