machwes Posted October 9, 2012 Posted October 9, 2012 Can I have a schematic? Or world save if a schematic is asking too much.
littleweseth Posted October 10, 2012 Author Posted October 10, 2012 Can I have a schematic? Or world save if a schematic is asking too much. The world save was already linked to in the original post, or somewhere in the first page of the thread.
bob0711 Posted October 13, 2012 Posted October 13, 2012 But you said that world save is for a really old version of technic.
littleweseth Posted October 17, 2012 Author Posted October 17, 2012 But you said that world save is for a really old version of technic. Then download the really old version of Technic. The launcher will let you select any previous version of Technic back to... ages ago. Certainly to the version required for this map.

I know I can downgrade technic but mac dose not really cooperate so if it is possible, I was wondering if you could try updating the map to the latest recommended version of technic. Thanks
littleweseth Posted December 18, 2012 Author Posted December 18, 2012 could you email the save to me please No.
WIzard_Gorlock Posted December 25, 2012 Posted December 25, 2012 Im trying to make my own reactor but I am having trouble finding help I do not know alot ive been going off mostly the yogscast Tekkit vids so its not been easy. RIght now I haven entire complex run mostly with computers I had two quarrys but they've run dry and now i am on to making a nucleur reactor at the bottom. But the main reason Im posting this is to ask how to set up remote thermal sensors and any other precautions i can like the forcefield etc. I also need a safe reactor setup i dont need it to output that much energy just enough but have it all safe im taking every precaution i can. also im not even doing this for the power its more just the idea.
Cats_55 Posted January 31, 2013 Posted January 31, 2013 · Hidden Hidden If someone finishes the Tekkit version (Please make it 3.1.2 classic) I WILL EXPLODE!!!!!

Do forcefields stop nuclear explosions?

In Modular Force Fields and derivatives (I'm thinking Immibis' Advanced Repulsion Systems) there should be a forcefield type specifically designed for containing nuclear reactors. In terms of the general force field generators, I'm not sure what happens if you nuke one (you should test this and find out.)

laserjet25 Posted March 11, 2013 Posted March 11, 2013 What version of Technic is this because for me everything is missing
RSCurious Posted March 13, 2013 Posted March 13, 2013 Here's what you get when an electrical engineer gets to nuclear power plant design. Full imgur album: http://imgur.com/a/WkRtZ Switchyard - trying to make this look like a real electrical substation. (It'll be years before I get to design one of these in real life.) So not looking forward to working with you. (Electrician)
littleweseth Posted March 30, 2013 Author Posted March 30, 2013 So not looking forward to working with you. (Electrician) Don't worry. I have a healthy respect for sparkies. Operators and sparkies usually know much more than the engineers supervising them. ;)
Ysharma Posted April 14, 2013 Posted April 14, 2013 This is pretty awesome. What is the chance of the snow farm not keeping up to quota? If it does how long does it take for the reactor to notice and shut itself down?
JZTech101 Posted May 18, 2013 Posted May 18, 2013 This map as with project Horizon was built during the 1.2.5 days. Because of that, it will no longer work with the current packs. (All of the IDs have changed and some mechanics as well). I suggest this thread being locked up and unstickied as well.
