  1. Problem with minecraft itself, not tekkit. Feel free to bug mojang about it.
  2. Do you have a plugin that does server backups? Because if so, it's probably taking up all that space

    Soccer mod

You say you don't want to spend money. The two valuable resources here are money, and time. So you could spend Time to learn how to code, then code said mod. Or, spend money to have somebody use their time instead. Still, if somebody is willing to pick this up, I'd be curious to see how it turns out.
  4. Indeed it is. Thats the sort of stuff that keeps a community running well, by making it naturally incompatible with the illicit side of things. Makes me even more pleased about having paid for minecraft way back when, and honestly, I still feel like I've paid far to little for the amount of fun I've had out of the game.
  5. Assuming that the friend scenario is actually the truth, take my above statement, but replace "You" and "your" with "Him" and "His"
  6. Uh, Minecraft isn't two bucks.... you are on Minecraft.net, right? Minecraft costs ~$27, so I don't know what that is. But you do REQUIRE a purchased minecraft subscription from Mojang to use the Technic launcher. You might have also noticed we don't take lightly to pirates, but I'll give you credit for being fairly polite at least. If you do purchase the game, let us know, eh?
  7. Go to the server section of the forums, and post in one of the servers that interests you.
  8. Naw, just disconnect the internet cable in your computer, go outside for a few minutes, apply for a local job, work for money to buy minecraft, then set online mode to true, problem solved
  9. You fail the video card test, that is a prebuilt unit, you can't put a real card in. Nothing to be done
  10. Noah, don't threadjack, go make your own bug report please. We won't help you here
  11. They give good upstream ratings, but no downstream. Ie server does good sending info, not receiving. These are web hosting machines more than game machines from the look. Still, talk to the hosting service, I'm probably wrong XD
  12. Well considering that the server gives serious cannot keep up, overloaded errors, I can say it's the server giving issues, not clients. What hardware is the server hosted on?
  13. Is the mac hosting the game and playing, or is the server hosted on a separate machine?
  14. A bit, but I was right, integrated graphics. Sorry, not much you can do about it, its not built for gaming
  15. I never knew I was so wrong all this time. These four dimensional screens are awesome! I can see smells, man!
  16. Tekkit lite is the newer version of MC, but with different mods. As for servers, you'd be best asking, it varies. And metadata is just the description, its not important to your play.
  17. I did some digging, And it would appear that the machine is using "Mobile IntelĀ® 4 Series Express Chipset Family 268435456" or more likely know as GMA 4500MHD. Did some more poking, that GPU is considered to be incapable of Handling WoW above 25FPS on low.... Take this with a grain of salt, but this is it compared to known common gaming titles http://www.notebookcheck.net/Computer-Games-on-Laptop-Graphic-Cards.13849.0.html
  18. Yup. Optifine probably doesn't get along well with 32 bit systems, try sticking to standard defintion for the future. Also, if you want to thank me? Please note the small button labelled edit at the bottom of your posts. In the future, use that to edit mistakes. Double or Triple posting is usually frowned upon.
  19. I can't tell you too much without the whole error log there (Your missing the beginning of it) but it looks like the easiest solution would be to back up your worlds and reinstall the Technic launcher.
  20. Try to reinstall java, for some reason, your error log reports that your running Java 6. Also, for future reference, the OS is not the machine your running it on, its the operating system. However, it looks like your running 64 bit windows 7, so make sure the java reinstall is for the 64 bit version.
  21. What do you mean you can't remove it. Go to the tekkit folder, and remove the texturepack files from the folder.
  22. Nice. For added security/expansion possibilities, make it RedNet built, with a server machine. Then you can add machines and passwords, and alter it remotely to boot.
  23. Thats not a very clear sentance. If your OS is a 32 bit version, your fine. if your OS is a 64 bit version, you'll be needing to go to the java website to upgrade to 64 bit. If you are trying to state that your running a 32 bit OS, then try removing the Sphax texture pack, then booting up.
  24. Hey, he retconned a lot before, I'm sure he'd try to get away with redoing an entire section. But seriously, I agree, if both players joined the same server on the same account, things would break XD
