I would try using 7-zip or winrar instead. I use 7-zip personally, it's never had a problem, and it doesn't nag you to buy it like winrar does. Where did you read that the default windows utility was the only way to get it working?

For now I believe it's all just random, with more powerful items being spawned in higher level areas, of course. Just keep looting and pillaging.

I have been planning to do this soon with something very cool. Watch for it.

What are you using to compress/extract it? Is the launcher not unzipping it?

That would be amazing. You could also use it to comb for other interesting things. Imagine the possibilities.

Hit the windows key. Type %appdata% (with the percent signs). One of the search results should be a folder called "roaming". Click on that folder. Inside of that folder there should be a folder called ".technicpack" Delete that folder, and then try again. (Also, triple posting and low-effort "bump" type posts are both against the rules here. I'd invite you to read the rules again if you haven't already.)

Have you tried reinstalling the server and nuking your .technicpack folders? This often fixes many problems.

Can you give us some information about your system? Like OS, Java version, etc? I know macs have been having some problems recently in particular.

Maybe call it "push()"?
