  1. If the correct bukkit port is there, you aren't missing anything. My 3.1.1 server is working fine with them. What exact file did you use, and where did you put it?

"Compaq laptop" is not an OS. You're in the wrong section. Your bug report is so incomplete I can barely understand your problem. Try the Launcher Bugs section, and supply more information next time. /thread
  3. Need more information. Is this an offline server/client? Does the server not have write access to the drive for whatever reason?
  4. If you have some in there, yes, as that looks like what's crashing your game. I can't see anything else wrong. You could try posting a full launcher log.
  5. I have had success getting the fire projectile to work in the past by using a Ring of Arcana instead, switching to another ring type and back to the ring of ignition, then using the projectiles. Try activating it (with G) for a couple seconds or until fire shows up around you (do it in a non-forested area, probably), then see if the projectile works. It's...picky. Also, I'm not so sure the wiki is entirely accurate and/or up-to-date on its abilities and fuel costs...have you tried right-clicking for the projectile?
  6. Check for old BuildCraft blueprints in your techniclauncher and minecraft folder structures, and delete/move them out.
  7. The whole log is better tbh. Use pastebin if it doesn't fit in the code tags.
  8. Your server config files are messed up. I'm guessing you upgraded the server. Copy the config files from the server download for 3.1.1, and see what that does.
  9. They weren't replaced, they rotated. This is a common ICĀ² error in SMP, and it shouldn't affect operation/machine use.
  10. Meh, bugs, errors, whatever. The form applies to them all, and the information in it is usually needed regardless of the problem.
  11. You want to allocate about 1GB, 2GB at most, if you're using the default texture pack. Any more than that is generally unnecessary. Do you have a launcher log to share? It could be a Java error issue that doesn't cause crashes but would show up anyway.
  12. This is an EE-specific SMP problem. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Do you have fuel?
  13. Delete any old blueprints you might have from your BuildCraft folder(s).
  14. Your server configs have been borked. Pull new ones from a fresh download of the server .zip. You don't need all of them, so just don't copy over the server.properties file and such.
  15. Do you have a launcher log? Also, any special circumstance while opening the GUI? Mine still disconnects people that try to use port pipes while flying.
  16. As Xylord said, but I'll elaborate on, you'll lose all the power from those windmills before you've gone 15 blocks down, let alone the 40-50 or so it looks like. Use tin cable (ULV cable) or glass fiber, or put a batbox every 5 blocks (4 cable in between) to avoid power loss. Read this for a bit more information.
  17. Why not just disable condensers (and probably collectors) in the EE config file on the server?
  18. Either way, that's a Java error log, not a launcher log, and not very helpful for troubleshooting.
  19. This is a corrupt world file, or other files in the server structure. Alchemy bags and the world save file are the only ones I've seen get corrupted, and that's caused by disconnecting power or a server crash while the files are cached and saving. The only way to fix the problem is loading a world file backup. You could try to open the world file with MCEdit, save it, and close it. You could also try running a repair tool like Chunkster. Oh, and use the Bug Board next time.
  20. Hamachi network adapter priority can also play havoc with Hamachi connections.
  21. Did you try the .jar version of the launcher? I know this may not be related, but sometimes it solves strange problems.
  22. 3.1.1 has MFFS, with an option to change the item names if you want. Have fun!
  23. You can try that.
  24. It could be that minecraft.net is really busy from the 1.3 update...I don't see any other reason the minecraft.jar download would be stopping your pack download(s).
