  1. I tentatively approve of this post. Stickied. Hopefully the OP is correct that people will actually read it, particularly Kellers. I...have my doubts.
  2. You...somehow managed to stick a mob spawner into your inventory from NEI. Use an inventory editor to get rid of it.
  3. Superantispyware? Doesn't sound familiar. I'd try disabling it and seeing what happens.
  4. Stop posting mod pack problems in the Technic Launcher Bugs section, for one. Then go into your Video Options and increase your Render Distance to something above where it's at.
  5. So have you checked for antivirus/firewall interference, on either end?
  6. I'm not sure about problem 2, but for 1, did you happen to install Forestry on your server? That also has copper and tin.
  7. Next time use pastebin. That's...a challenge to read. It actually kind of looks like you might have redefined some of your keys to be different than the server, and it doesn't like that a whole lot. Is that what happened?

    World Freeze

Ah, I missed the single-player thing. If you can't get into your world, you'll have to load it up with MCEdit and remove the items that way. Just select everything around your tree farm and remove items, then go back in game and see if you can figure out where/if it's dropping. If you still can't log in, you're probably out of luck.
  9. It always amuses me when people post bug reports, correctly formatted, in the general sections. Wouldn't it have been so much easier to hit the Submit a Bug Report button?
  10. You don't need to italicize every post. It's a bit annoying. I don't believe you would get banned for PMing a member of the staff, since it's not a bug report. However, be aware that this discussion has been done to death already, and like you said, we're going to get screaming posts either way from people who can't/won't read, so...
  11. Wrong section - check out the Tekkit Bug Board.
  12. Nope. The bukkit-ported Mo Creatures server file goes in your server's mods folder. Then the clients need to have the usual install done, including Mo' Creatures and the Custom Spawner file in the mods folder, and the GUI API dropped into the modpack.jar.
  13. Post in the Technic Bug Board, with a launcher log, and you're a lot more likely to get help.
  14. In my experience, all the advanced machines, Induction Furnaces possibly being the exception because they're actually part of ICĀ², like LV better than MV. The advanced machines will not stay spun up/retain heat while idle (nothing in them) unless they're given a redstone signal. A switch is sufficient.
  15. You know what? If you think you know better how to do it, take it up with Kaker or sct. I'm a forum mod, and I'm done arguing administrative stuff with you. For reference, last I saw the Technic site was pushing a terabyte a day, and it's probably higher now.
  16. No, sadly.
  17. Azanor has dropped development on Thaumcraft 2 in favor of a new mod, probably with many of the same features but a bunch of streamlining. Look up ArcanaCraft.
  18. That was a mistake. Your path variable is dependent heavily on the software you have installed, your OS, etc. You may see some programs not working, you may notice longer load times on some things, or you may see nothing at all change.
  19. Delete the mods from the server end. The client's mod list doesn't matter if the server doesn't have them.
  20. You don't think the Technic site's bandwidth is high enough already? So...go download the new server, stick it in a new place, configure it, test it, etc., etc., then copy the world, config, and data files over and let your players at it? You mean like this? It's been pretty thoroughly tested on the dev end before the "dev" build is pushed out. It's not like TechnicSSP, where the dev builds are more for people to just try if they want and report bugs. This is how they've done it, and it's worked out pretty well so far.
  21. I would be extremely surprised if even the best and fastest player could get this in less than 4-6 hours from starting. The quantum armor needs an EU production setup to churn out UU-matter, and while there are shortcuts to that (banks of geotherms, f.ex.), it still takes time to get going. The fully charged klein omega takes a decent bit of time to charge, even with a nice collector or blaze rod macerator setup, and there's a significant quantity of red matter as well going into those multitools.
  22. Need...more...information, like that found in the Bug Report you should have submitted.
  23. Use an LV transformer in the line between the MFE and machines. Even advanced machines don't like MV.
  24. And it doesn't expire for a week and a half...harsh.
  25. It's simple, really, and we've been over this in another thread. The server rec. build is pushed first because server owners can then see that there's a new build, research if they want/need new plugins, get configs set up, etc. Then their clients can do the update at their leisure. If you push them both at the same time, we'll have a bunch of people in here screaming that they can't get on their favorite server because it's not updated and why Technic team did you do something so stupid whyyyy?!?!?! You get the idea.
