I did the unthinkable and updated my 1.1.10 world. There's good news and bad news. The bad news is that a bunch of things have changed, so they'll need replacing. EE3 Minium stones and shards will need to be cheated in, as will some BuildCraft pipes. In addition, my redstone energy conduits turned into leadstone energy conduits and my steam engines vanished instead of turning into dynamos, but that shouldn't be a problem because of the good news: 1.5 Redstone energy cells convert to Creative energy cells! Free unlimited power! Wheeee! If you have made a great deal of progress in your world, I would not suggest trying to update, as your list of changes will likely be much longer than mine. I have made very little progress in my world so far, however, so the fixes took me no time at all. I'm looking forward to trying out all the cool new stuff! :D

The 1.3 thing means the server is Tekkit Classic. Your best bet would probably be to peruse the Tekkit server section for a nice whitelisted server, or get some (or ask any existing) RL friends if they want to start a private server.

I had a neat idea to go drilling for lava once. I haven't had the chance to try it yet, but I think it would be a fun way to find early-game lava. Grab a mining well, a pump, some redstone engines and a few tanks and see what you can find.

I started playing Half Life 2 once. I made it as far as the front steps of the train station at the very beginning and then got completely lost. I spent 15 minutes where to walk next. I should try again sometime.

Uh, sometime in 2017, around February I think. It get's pushed back every time some whiny kid complains about the updates taking forever. Hi. Balance. >:| The rancher changes are resonable- I mean, how hard is it to get a couple extra cows or squid, especially with Safari Nets? And 20,000 ink sacs a minute is crazy. The Bio-Reactor changes seem excessive, though. It made sense to choose between efficiency or speed and ease, but this is a subtle but significant change that makes it a requirement to set up several supply lines. I'm not so sure I approve, although I haven't played with it yet so I really can't say.

I wonder how many accounts are alts or camera accounts? I'd bet at least a few thousand.

On another note wouldn't calling another user a cunt (I had to look that one up tbh) be a personal attack?
