Why are you still running that old java 6? Oracle will not update that ancient relic anymore. Uninstall java 6 and install the latest java 7u51 Are you sure you are running 64-bit OS? Your log suggests that you run 32-bit

Antivirus, do you have any installed? Error logs can be found by clicking the Cog-Wheel button on the top right corner on the launcher window. Post the error log inside quote tags or paste it on pastebin.com and give us a link. Without an error log I can't tell what happened

Launcher should be fixed by simply disabling the AV, other users has reported so. But if it seriously wont let the launcher connect to minecraft authentication server.... You could try contacting Kaspersky support.

Disable kaspersky. If the launcher still doesn't work, uninstall Kaspersky. Get something else like Avast! or MSE.
