  1. You did not. The forge included is for 1.7.10.
  2. What's the full name of the forge file you are using (before you renamed it to modpack.jar)?
  3. Which forge did you add to your 1.12.2 modpack? Checking the jar will give you the answer.
  4. So yeah, downgrade your java to 8u51.
  5. You'll have to try and update your intel graphics drivers. Use this intel program: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/detect.html
  6. Like, the F8 "Cinematic mode" key?
  7. Looks like a Forge library wasn't downloaded properly during the modpack download/installation.
  8. http://launcher.technicpack.net/resources/OpenSans+Cyberbit.ttf Open that, what happens?
  9. It's an issue between Windows 10 and the intel HD graphics drivers. Let's just put it like this, some older Intel chipsets shouldn't have had the upgrade to Windows 10, as they aren't fully supported by Win10, and when it happens, you get this. Its some weird incompatibility between Java 8u60+, Win10 and certain Intel HD drivers.
  10. This tends to fix itself after about 2 hours. Don't search too much with the launcher, use the technicpack site here instead.
  11. Downgrade your java to 8u51.
  12. Direct Copy/Paste from the discord bot: Forge, Technic Launcher, and Minecraft do not support Java 9+. Follow either the manual or script instructions to remove it and replace with Java 8: Script 1. Close the Technic Launcher. It cannot be running! 2. Download this file: https://download.uskarian.net/scripts/mac-delete-java9.command 3. Open terminal 4. Copy and paste: chmod +x ~/Downloads/mac-delete-java9.command 5. Copy and paste: sudo ~/Downloads/mac-delete-java9.command If it asks you for your password then type in your password. You will not see text being entered as your type, but it is being entered! Once you've typed your password hit enter on your keyboard. 6. Download Java SE Development Kit 8u191 from http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/jdk8-downloads-2133151.html 7. Install the jdk-8u191-macosx-x64.dmg you just downloaded. OR Manual 1. Close the Technic Launcher. It cannot be running! 2. Open terminal 3. Copy and paste: sudo rm -rf /Library/Java/JavaVirtualMachines/jdk-{9,10,11,12,13}*.jdk/ If it asks you for your password then type in your password. You will not see your password being entered as your type, but it is being entered! Once you've finished typing your password hit enter on your keyboard. 4. Copy and paste: sudo rm -rf Library/Internet\ Plug-Ins/JavaAppletPlugin.plugin 5. Copy and paste: sudo rm -rf /Library/PreferencePanes/JavaControlPanel.prefPane
  13. 3.5 GB RAM is not enough to play modded 1.12.2 with a texturepack.
  14. Yeah, you need to use Java 8. You are probably using Java 13.
  15. It's the same file you used to install the launcher. You do need to save it somewhere. If you run it after download, it goes to ~temp, aka, removed after use.
  16. Download 64bits java. Download the OFFLINE installer from java.com for that. Allocate 2-3 GB in the launcher options menu after installing java 64bits (and restarting the launcher).
  17. So uh. I downloaded the same modpack you were using. I removed the older forge, and added the same forge you are using. Got it started for a bit before the older Optifine version broke it. Quite unsure what you did so it doesn't work. The error in your log usually means wrong Forge/Minecraft version.
  18. Go to the .technic folder -> modpacks folder -> the modpack you are playing -> follow this path /saves/mapwriter_mp_worlds/meincraft_apexmc_co__25590 And delete the mapwriter.cfg:1 file, as it is corrupted. This will let you join again.
  19. What version of Forge are you trying to add?
  20. Either use Curse/Twitch or the vanilla client. That's pretty much your options at the moment. Maybe, very maybe, MultiMC has patched their launcher by now, but that's not a modpack launcher like most of your members will be used to.
  21. English is fine. I see people from Murica with worse, and that's their main language. Include a log. (Launcher Options -> Open Logs -> Today's log) Use pastebin or paste.ubuntu.com to share the log.
  22. Go to the bin folder, remove the modpack.jar and version.json files. Add your own forge, rename it to modpack or modpack.jar and start your modpack again.
  23. 1.12.2 and below installation notes do not work for Forge 1.13 and up. In fact, Forge 1.13 and up does not work at all with this launcher.
  24. You forgot the dependency for ICBM. Probably calclaviacore or voltzengine.
