Use fix 1 and 2 here: http://forums.technicpack.net/threads/3-1-3-reported-issues-and-possible-fixes.30863/ Fix 1 can be found further down that page for download.

Try temporarily disabling the antivirus and redownloading, sometimes antivirus programs can partially block downloads.

Updated Everything but it still won't let me sign on.

Either change your client to Tekkir 3.1.3, or if you don't want so many bugs, change your server to 3.1.2. -
I cant get to in to my TEKKIT-Server!
theprolo replied to Johan998's topic in Tekkit Classic Discussion
Either update your client to Tekkit 3.1.3, or if you want a less buggy version, Switch the server to Tekkit 3.1.2. -
That's what the Nether was originally for. I think that a lot of people forget that, actually. It's meant to be a fast-travel dimension, so you move at 8x the overworld speed, but with 8x the danger.

Do you have your Graphics Card set to run on Java? If not, here's how(I'm quoting this from another post): To get technic/tekkit/yogsbox/magic launcher running on the right GPU, open the Nvidia Control Panel. Go to the "Manage 3D settings" section. Pop over to the "Program Settings" tab. Click the "Add" button. Browse to java.exe. The location will vary depending on your OS and java version. On my 64-bit system with Java 7 it is: C:\Program Files\Java\jre7\bin\java.exe Where it says, "Select the preferred graphics processor for this program", select "High-performance NVIDIA processor" instead of the default "Use global setting (Auto-select: [...])" option.

theprolo replied to Phantom329's topic in Tekkit Classic Discussion
I think IC2 uses the fake player [industrialcraft]. -

Downgrading from 3.1.3 to 3.1.2... How?
theprolo replied to rolyatkcinmai's topic in Server Op Swap Shop
Plugins should work fine from 3.1.3 o 3.1.2, since they're the same version of Minecraft. If not, you'll just have to redownload them, I guess. -
Downgrading from 3.1.3 to 3.1.2... How?
theprolo replied to rolyatkcinmai's topic in Server Op Swap Shop
You probably just want to put the world and plugins folders into the 3.1.2 server(And any other things you want to save, such as extra mods, configs etc.). -
The IC2 in 3.1.3 is incompatible with NEI. There's no fix, unfortunately.
-
There was a new one, but I didn't have the money to buy it at the time when I saw it. Shame, because it looked pretty good.
-
You can install Optifine manually. It's quite simple, you just drag and drop the files into the modpack.jar, and it's installed.

I got the C&C complete pack, and about half of them didn't work on my computer. Of the rest that did, I never really got into The first two or three, and Tiberian Sun had some serious graphical issues. Fortunately, Generals and Zero Hour made up for it by being so awesome that I played nothing else for weeks...

3.1.3 Reported issues and possible fixes
theprolo replied to Jelato Foot's topic in Server Op Swap Shop
I'm pretty sure that's not a 3.1.3 issue, go make a bug report in the bugs forum(Use the "Submit a bug report" button). -
And I thought the Ghost Cables bug only involved cables... Using a transformer would still help though. Prevention is the best cure, and how is it meant to carry on exploding if it never explodes in the first place?
-
Have you used the /reload command on your server, and are you sure you're using the correct recipe? Try rebooting it then trying.
-
It's not a bad idea though, since Java 6 is outdated. Can't hurt to have a more recent version of it.
-
The error's fixable, but I have no idea about the Playerdata problem. Like Djinnii said, it's probably a Multiworld problem or something. Make a bug report, include the log, and someone will help you. You need to press "submit a bug report" to post there.

The IC2 in Tekkit 3.1.3 is incompatible with NEI. You'll have to use the IC wiki.

On to the server? Probably not any time soon, since I can't get on to Minecraft today and when I do get on, it's usually my friend's private server. I'm happy to help with any other problems you hit though, so just post if you get one. You don't need access to a computer to have access to these forums :)

Just download the 3.1.2 server from Previous Versions in the Server Tab here: http://www.technicpack.net/tekkit/

Ok, let's sort out the facts: you click an item in your inventory, and not the NEI bar to the side of it, and it throws the stack out, correct? If it's not spawning the item in completely, and just throwing those items out of the inventory which already existed, you could try pressing alt. You should probably also know about the edit button on this forums. At the bottom of previous posts, there is an "Edit" button, which you can use to change your posts. It would be a good idea to use that instead of multi-posting if nobody has replied since your last post, so you don't spam up the page.
