It's called Balkon's Weapon Mod and it was removed for stability reasons. Tekkit 3 was crash happy and we narrowed it down to Balkon's. You can add it back in if you'd like, but you have to not only mod your server but also make sure your clients modded in the exact same way, correct configs and all, in order to connect to your server.

IF we use the Trophies feature in Xenforo at all it will be in ways people don't want nor expect. The typical use of them is not happening.

Like I said, it wasn't a dig at you, but trying to compare a server list that is owned by a single person vs. a free-to-join forum that requires a 'confirmed' email is a little odd. Every forum I've ever joined requires a 'confirmed' email account, this isn't new or something we chose to do, it's just how it happens to be when you run a forum. As far as the Technic Launcher, that also doesn't count since its open source. Anyone that looks at it will tell you that it does nothing besides hand off that information to Minecraft's authentication servers. Go check it yourself, it's wide open.

I love the fact that's it's called the 'techpack'. We hardly 'own' the word Technic, or Tech, or whatever, but its cute that it tries to downplay us, while trying to use our reputation as an identifier. It's cute :3

You should know Technic is never going to officially support any sort of server list like this. They have ALWAYS* turned into shitty popularity contests or even pay-me-cash-I'll-list-your-server-higher-up. These sort of places never turn out well, and I've seen a lot of them. It's my personal experience, anyway. *Not saying that MrHedgehog is doing or would do that, but its dangerous to place server rankings in control of a single entity, and without recourse or open dialog about it.

Considering Balkon's Weapon mod (aka muskets n' shit) was removed for purely technical reasons, I'm not exactly sure why you are so upset. I also love it when people speak for others. You are not a 'we' and as such I can't very well assume you speak for the thousands of other players out there. Sorry we're ruined your map idea, but I'm not really sure what you want to be done. Balkon's this time around was detrimental to server stability, performance, and efficiency. So its out.
