No? Why would you want to? It isn't spam, its simply telling you the mods that player has installed. This is default behavior, it looks like a lot because Tekkit is CHOCK FULL.

It is always Technic THEN Tekkit. Tekkit requires bukkit conversions of SMP server mods, so it is always last in line.

I hear you, but we aren't Buildcraft, we are Technic. We do the Technic/Tekkit/Yogbox, not individual mods just for you. We don't support things outside of our scope. Installing mods in Minecraft is fairly easy (if obtuse as hell). I'm not exactly sure why you think we should help you, you are doing something that has NOTHING to do with what we do, and you are mad at us for our launcher which has done exactly what it has supposed to. If you are asking us to make an old installer like before you can fuck right off, it will not happen. Its the same with the last three thousand people that have asked, it will not happen. Launcher or bust.

You messed it up by doing this. Backup your saves, delete your .technicSSP folder, and re-download it. And put your big-ass log file in the code tags next time, or use something like pastbin. :cmon:

This can't ever be the main way to send this stuff out, it could only ever be a supplement, basically for the reasons linkthegamer posted about. Torrent is nice, but it isn't the end-all-be-all. Also the Launcher only runs for a little bit, then shuts off. We'd have to force it to stay open for the torrents to flow, and this might affect connections when playing online, requires the launcher to stay on instead of getting the hell out of your way and bllaaaaaaah. We've thought about it, believe me. It just isn't the way.

The latest build, the 1.2.3 build, is buggy as shit. Dev build. I wouldn't count on it working at all.
