I believe it is actually an issue with plus itself. Could be bandwidth usage messing up their downloads, or just an update broke it. Just into their page once and a while to see if they say anything about fixing it.

Any other information you think would be useful don't hesitate to provide. If you would be willing to work with us a little to pin down what specifically is the cause it would be very helpful to other users.

I'm assuming this is an antivirus? Most people are going to just suggest you replace it with Avast or MSE, so before the rush of SUPER HELPFUL PEOPLE I will ask you to google how to set programs as exceptions in Kaspersky. Most AV lets you do this. It's not 100% reliable though so feel free to accept the oncoming "SWITCH AV!" advice as well. I can't say it's not correct because I'm quite happy with MSE.

Try right clicking and running as admin. If you haven't downloaded the latest launcher in a while do so and replace whatever version you had. If that doesn't work, just leave it alone and try later. Check the facebook and twitter for updates. Our servers are under a lot of stress from how massively popular Platform is, so it's possible that's the issue. Might just have to wait in line so to speak. We're working constantly on it.

You really are. You keep telling people to "listen to u" but everyone is, you just are not communicating well. Stop trying to blame other people for that and getting angry when people don't understand you. From what I understand, the issue is you downloaded something and don't know where you downloaded it to. That is hardly something anyone can help you with. Check your downloads folder on your computer. Do a search for "TechnicLauncher". Ask Google where things download to by default. Expend any amount of effort on these things.
