1 In NEI cheat mode, no. 2, put klein star in a transmutation table (Look it up), put some crap in the burn slot, and when you have a few thousand EMC, you should be good for a while. The Klein star will act as a battery and contain all the EMC.

Your inventory has to be open when you press x. For the swift wolf gale to operate, you need a klein star with a charge. It consumes EMC pretty slowly. The four rings are just the same ring in different states, they all are the same item.

You know, the International Space Station, also known as the largest human made object placed in orbit around the Earth? Notice the "International", you know, at the beginning? Yeah, pretty much. It's only an example among many others. You know the famous shuttle the NASA is was so proud of until it was retired? The robotic arm that was used in all it's operations was built in Canada. The Hubble Telescope, also known as the Telescope with the largest observation range in human history was built and sent by the cooperation of the Nasa AND the European Space Agency. I doubt you can name even one space mission that was entirely thanks to the nasa.

You have to go in mod loader's config file, for now. 3. No, and not anytime soon. Practically none of the mods have been updated yet. 4. Swiftwolf gale seems to be what you're searching. Just type swiftwolf in the search bar of NEI, and it'll come up. It's pretty expensive though.

It would seem like you were a bit confused. If you could provide a link relating to this program you watched, it would be nice. The only way I can see lasers being used as means of material propulsion is by using solar sails, IE, sails a few atoms thick and kilometers large, that use photons like a normal sail uses wind. Such sails are possible nowadays, with the introduction of carbon nanotubes and other extra-light composites, and a large, low energy laser could be used to accelerate a sailed ship at a constant rate more efficiently than the sun alone. But by the time we can make such lasers, we may as well make anti-matter engines.

That's right, there was a relay of 15 minutes between what happened on Mars and when the NASA engineers back on Earth received it. A high quality image like the one I linked above must take hours, maybe days to get here.

Yeah there's that too. A problem encountered with Spirit and Opportunity was that dust clouds were often blocking the sun from their solar panels, and at a moment I think Spirit was very close to being permanently disabled because it's batteries were too low.
