  1. I am fairly sure condensers will not be coming back. There will be emc and a transmutation system though. However it is still in early development. Reading the thread will give you more information.
  2. The .sh file inside the server is for linux
  3. Mindcrack pack has Gregtech, which is incompatible with tekkit (greg has made it so it does not work with the tekkit launcher).
  4. A custom pack needs to add forge (which includes MCP and FML as well) itself. So you will need to download minecraft forge and call it modpack.jar, then place that in the bin folder.
  5. Try breaking the top wire (yes it will disconnect 1 solar panel - this is just to test) and see if the batbox gets any power.
  6. That is NOT IC2 tin, that is repower tin. Notice the ID of ruby.
  7. I am still wondering what ID the ore you find in the mystcraft worlds are. And what happens when you stick it in a forge lexicon? Can you get it by sticking other tin in the forge lexicon?
  8. What ID is it? Are you sure it's ic2 tin? Redpower adds ores (ruby [254], green sapphire [254:1], sapphire [254:2], silver [254:3], tin [254:4] and copper [454:5]) as well. In tekkit lite they are at id 254.
  9. How will this work. Is this within a radius of the player (i.e. all redstone turns off when a player with the potion is within 10 blocks? Or is it that the player cannot switch levers or place redstone torches? Do you mean that the player cannot place lava/water from buckets? Note: This could be gotten around using deployers and such. Will this be something for the end, or just when there is an enderdragon around? You need to realise the multiplayer aspects, so detecting some things are more difficult than single player.
  10. Use Optifine to get the custom textures. Install by extracting to modpack.jar, overwriting files. Minecraft forge (the main mod of tekkit lite) does not play well with MC Patcher. Note: Optifine is not in tekkit lite due to a lack of permissions.
  11. The ores now spawn based on depth. So you can't go down to level 10-12 and get everything. Copper: Levels 40-75 Lead: Levels 20-40 Silver: Levels 15-35 Tin: Levels: 50-25 As for the error, the IC2 ore has an ID conflict with redpower leaves. You will need to change the ID in either the redpower config or the IC2 config.
  12. I think this is intended behaviour as the items are available in the creative menu, with a search function available. The items are even separated into categories. Hint: You might want to read over the rules again. We don't sign our posts in this forum.:)
  13. Actually the quarry will take up to 50MJ/t not just 32MJ/t. If you are talking about Redstone energy cells, it will not explode if you try to pump more power into it that it will take. However, if you are using gold/stone conductive pipes, they will explode as you are pumping energy into them with nowhere for it to go. Using conduits would solve that problem.
  14. Using 7zip will work instead of 7zip. Can you be a bit more specific as to your problem? If you are talking about extracting the files for the server, then do a little configuring of 7zip (to make it easier), then have a look here for information on how to extract files.
  15. The star fissure is the only non-cheating way to come back. You if you can put in commands, a quick but cheaty way is to put in /tpx <playername> 0
  16. Direwolf20's lets play also is helpful. He actually builds a nether lava pumping system, and so will be more helpful if that is what you are trying to build.
  17. The commands like /home and /spawn were part of forge essentials, which does not come with the tekkit lite server since 0.5.2. As for the turtles, I am not sure.

  19. Try re-binding the "Mode switch key" to 'n' (or something else that is not taken). It seems Rei's minimap keeps hold of the 'm' key, even when you change it to use something else.

  21. I think there is a limit to how far the landmarks can be apart. Try putting them closer together.
