I haven't done any of that agricultural stuff in IC2 but your answer seems to be here.

Do you get a message like that when the session servers are down? I don't want to be falsely accusing people of pirating the game or something. Would you mind clarifying this for me if you can?
-
I am pretty sure that you will only see that message if you have not actually purchased a copy of Minecraft.
-
You will probably get help if you post this on the proper board.
-
Here is a link to it.

I am sorry to hear that. I just tested it on my computer and had no crashes. I do not know why you are having crashes. Does it still crash if you change it back?
-
You're playing Tekkit in singleplayer mode right? If that is true, then the path on Windows 7 is: %appdata%\.techniclauncher\tekkit\redpower\redpower.cfg Otherwise, look for the "redpower" folder in the server's directory.
-
Tekkit actually uses "Not Enough Items". I am not sure exactly how to solve your problem but have you tried deleting Tekkit and re-downloading it? The client that is, not the server.
-
I am pretty sure that you should have posted this in the Tekkit Bug board. Also, there is not enough information in your post. We need things like client/server version and such.

Alright everyone, I have a server...issue?
thebird replied to AtticusBleak's topic in Tekkit Classic Discussion
You have to download a different version of the server to use different versions of the mods. Since Tekkit 3.1.2 and 3.1.3 both use Minecraft version 1.2.5 you can probably just swap out the zips but I don't know if anything in the .jar is different between them. You can find the 3.1.2 server download here, just click the word "Server" in blue to the left of the green download button. You will see a "Previous Server Versions" heading. -
You could have a disk drive next to where the turtles are placed with a floppy inside of it that contains your program. You could then start the program with something like "disk\[nameOfProgram]". There is probably a better way but this one is all I can come up with.
-
It was a very bad attempt, the URL totally gave it away.
-
How much RAM do you have? Swapping your hard drive out for an SSD shouldn't cause you to run out of memory. Do you not have enough space on the SSD for the pagefile or something? Also, you can post in the Bug subforum, look above the stickies.

I can't help you migrate your world, I always make a new one but I can probably help you with the backups. If you just want a single backup then all you need to do is copy the world folders to another directory, there are three of them in total. If your world is named "HammerTime", then you are looking for a folder named "HammerTime", a folder named "HammerTime_nether", and a folder named "HammerTime_the_end". If something goes wrong with your server, delete those three folders in your server directory and copy the ones you saved elsewhere into the server directory. Then your world will be restored to the point where you made the backup. Player inventories are stored in the "HammerTime" folder, if you didn't know already. If you want to make regular backups then you can use the following scripts. I use them on my server, running Windows Server 2008, and the script requires 7-zip.You also need to create a directory to hold the backups. Here is the backup script, you need to replace the items in square [brackets] with paths specific to your computer. ECHO started at: %TIME% >>backupLog.txt set hr=%TIME:~0,2% set min=%TIME:~3,2% set month=%DATE:~4,2% set day=%DATE:~7,2% set year=%DATE:~10,4% set dname=%hr%-%min%_%month%-%day%-%year% MKDIR "[path\to\backups]\working" xcopy "[path\to\world]" "[path\to\backups]\working\" /E /C /Y xcopy "[path\to\world]_nether" "[path\to\backups]\working\" /E /C /Y xcopy "[path\to\world]_the_end" "[path\to\backups]\working\" /E /C /Y "[path\to\7zip]\7z.exe" a -tzip "[path\to\backups]\[nameOfBackup]%dname%.zip" "[path\to\backups]\working\*" RMDIR /S /Q "[path\to\backups]\working" ECHO ended at: %TIME% >>backupLog.txt The next script is for limiting the number of backups, so that you do not run out of disk space. mkdir "[path\to\backups]\toDelete\" robocopy "[path\to\backups]" "[path\to\backups]\toDelete" *.zip /MOV /MINAGE:[#OfDaysToKeepBackups] /LOG:robocopyLog.txt rmdir /Q /S "[path\to\backups]\toDelete I use Task Scheduler to run the first script every hour and the second script every day. You will have a directory full of compressed files with time/date stamps, each having a full backup of your world. Hope this helps and let me know if anything is unclear.

Yes, look in the Redpower config. You want to change "linksize=1000" I believe.
-
The limit is actually 1,000 blocks, in 3.1.2 at least. I don't know if it is different in later versions. This can be changed in the RP2 config.

A factory that makes automatic crafting tables would be easy to start with. Another good one would be a factory that makes pneumatic tubes, or red alloy wire as you will probably need a lot of these items. I started out by make a list of the machines that I would need in factories (like retrievers) and then make factories that produce those machines.
-
Make sure you aren't at the spawn point for your world, there is a zone around it that you are not allowed to break blocks in unless you are an OP.
-
Dude, he was just telling you that you put this in the wrong place. A thread exists specifically for this kind of thing.
-
Those mods are in Tekkit 3.1.2, are you running that version of Tekkit on your client or are you running 3.1.3? You must run the same version of Tekkit as the server.
-
You can post this in the correct section. There is a link above the threads in each bug board that lets you post a bug report. I don't understand how people can miss it.
-
What the heck are you talking about? If you have a problem, then you should post a bug report.
-
That is not the right log, there is a sticky that tells you where to find it.

I like my Zen X-Fi 2, it sounds a million times better than my last MP3 player (SanDisk Sansa Clip+). I have a 16 Gig version but a 32 Gig version exists. The player also has a MicroSD slot, it supports up to 16 Gig cards I believe. You can add music by dragging and dropping. I have a hard time making a playlist with it. I just make the playlists with notepad now, each file name or folder name in the path is limited to six characters unfortunately. It has an FM tuner that works quite well, it only seems to have trouble when I am in the basement of a building. The part I like the best is it's "Xtreme Fidelity" (X-Fi) settings. I don't know exactly how it works but it gives you a pair of sliders, "Crystalizer" and "Expand". The X-Fi stuff makes the music sound much better, I don't know how to describe it exactly. The music sounds weak without the X-Fi stuff turned on, like it is coming out of some tiny speakers several feet away. When I hook it up to the stereo in my car, I can't feel the base or anything unless I turn the X-Fi stuff on. It sounds excellent after I do turn it on. The earphones it comes with are pretty nice too. If you get a good seal (earwax works great for this) with them then it sounds really good. You can feel the bass a bit and they almost entirely block out the external noise. The 16 Gig version is around $100 I believe, I don't know the price of the 32 Gig version.

When ever i download it gets stuck on z-tekkit keyboard anything like that
thebird replied to biagio123's question in Technic Launcher
What do you mean by "z-tekkit keyboard"? I don't see anything like that when I use the launcher.
