That happens when you have your .jar files registered as a zip file try right clicking and use run as administrator

I had issues with the .exe launcher just download the .jar launcher and give that a go ...thats what i did and it worked fine

On a vanilla server that would be extreme but on a server running with all the mods and the various machines that have to running all at the same time I would say that is about right . You will most likely need to halve your population or something close to it or get a more "beefy" system to run the server.

Check and make sure that when you copied the files over that it didn't make some of the files read only.

Almost a hundred redstone engines will just barely run a quarry but it will work.

Sorry i have extensions shut off and just assumed they where .ini files .

To help with memory load i usually do two things , I shut off the Millenaire and Matmos (add the ambient sounds) Mods and it make a 30fps difference in my game play. To shut off individual Mods go into your Config folder and open modloader.ini in a text editor and just change any mods you want to unload from =on to =off and they shouldn't load next time you start up Technic (this only works for SP tho). I hope this helps.
