  1. My 10 year old nephew did too.
  2. All the female superheroes do: http://www.superstupor.com/sust01252012.shtml
  3. You joined in april, how the hell can you not know these things by now? You fucked up, tried to blow off the person calling you on it, and are now insulting me and trying to get me to stop by claiming I'll get kellered for doing it. Little tip for you little shit, if a pony avatar and "I'm a girl" is enough to send your blood flow to the wrong head then you need to put the fucking keyboard down and go socialize with some real human beings. Dear lord that image is annoying...
  4. The fact you didn't think it was insulting speaks wonders of your maturity.
  5. It's all automated. I would assume it keyed into the term flat in "super-flat world" as a match to one of their scam templates. They love targeting another forum I used to frequent (very lax spam protection), kept offering efficient home windows and trash service in Dubai.
  6. Half the moderators here are female and I've got more female friends online than you'll ever have with an attitude like yours. I met my wife online as well. It wasn't funny in the mid 90's, and it sure as hell didn't get better with age.
  7. Try not copying the xd.class file then, just add the others. If barg got it to work by stuffing it in minecraft.jar then the one in modpack.jar is overwriting the modded one on his machine. If that still works, then it's not strictly necessary. Also, "OMG GURL! WOO-MAN! WOO-MAN! WOMAN!" act is stupid and insulting.
  8. Started playing around with this, getting it to work with mcmmo (had an older version of mcmmo, screwing up block break event passing). Mein gott this is nice. Leaf destruction alone makes it well worth it. One problem though, if you turn off tools required so mod axes work it'll eat a ruby axe in a single tree (latest version of course). Turn off damage for the whole tree amount as well and it works most of the time but still eats an axe occasionally. Haven't tried using a chainsaw yet, the fact the IC2 tools use the damage values as a visual charge display instead of actual use tallying might make things a wee bit weird. This a tree assist bug, mcmmo bug, combination, or just me being an idiot?
  9. Oh screw flats, I prefer me a good set of rounds.
  10. Peeps grandmar, not cheaps grandmar. Peeps grandmar is the one who threw a bucket of water on me while I was conjugating verbs in the back alley with the missus (if you know what I mean).
  11. Yeah, you should probably put the server down and leave it to someone who will bother to read the solution given...
  12. Renaming the program to startup does work, but my way teaches a valuable skill. Shell.run() will save you complexity and hours of typing in the long run.
  13. Computers will run the "startup" program when the computer loads. It first checks for one on a disk in a connected disk drive, then checks the computer's local storage. Easiest way, assuming you have a program called "rules" that has a hardcoded side to attach to: edit startup <enter> shell.run("rules") <enter> <ctrl> Choose save. <ctrl> Choose exit.
  14. Aww man, I missed the replies? Damn nature's urgent calling... I shouldn't have had mcdonalds for lunch.
  15. Triple post in the wrong section without using a bug report or searching for your problem first. Woo, going for a quick win in Newbie Badpost Bingo?
  16. Did you bother reading the thread (or even the title) before throwing up your problem?
  17. This is probably related to the issue itsachoptree had with tree assist. http://www.technicpack.net/forums/threads/help-with-bukkit-plugin-in-tekkit.10745/ Basically, they changed a bit of bukkit that only seems to affect mods, so any plugins made after the change crash things if they don't add a new bit of code. Use an old version like antikas suggests, or ask the server ops of the many servers that do run it perfectly fine.
  18. Been on a couple server that have jobs running, and they do pretty good. I don't really understand the problem though. Are your users complaining they don't get money from the work their automation setups do?
  19. A chemical oxidizer would work, it's how solid fuel rockets keep going in a vacuum. Though it still saddles you with dealing with the casings and combustion residue. Railguns are currently quite destructive due to the physical tolerances of the parts. With sufficient meterials research it should be possible to create rails that don't warp or corrode from the current running through them. A coilgun would be a better space weapon. Currently limited also by material properties, with enough research someone will find the room temperature superconductor needed for the coils and an alloy with a sufficiently high flux saturation point. Since the projectile need never touch the barrel there is no friction to create wear on the gun that requires servicing.
  20. ... You're trying to link to images on your harddrive with img tags. How exactly did you plan on serving the data out to the general public?
  21. Hipster cred. How will people know you stopped replying before it was cool if you don't reply to let them know that?
  22. Unless they expect that response beer, and now thet expect it not to be released because releasing it would be expected. Release it under the title "Spanish Inquisition", no one expects that.
  23. Stability issues? I've yet to see the server I play on crash or bug out in any way.
  24. Cut the sandstone into panels or covers and place those instead. Yes it's a lot of tedious work, but it's the best way if you don't want to disable p-stones completely.
  25. Crossbreeding isn't "X + Y = Z". Plus, both have to be in crop blocks, you can't crossbreed netherwart planted normally. The biggest limiting factor is tier. If the tier difference is too great there's pretty much no chance. Match the attribute keywords, those have the biggest chance bonus. There's a hidden set of stats too, but they're just a minor change in the chance. After that it's all luck. Just keep trying until you get something.
