Not a lot of tekkit classic servers nowadays unfortunately. I would recommend the new Tekkit, it's nice but there's no IC2, so if you want that there's plenty of custom mod packs for newer Minecraft versions with that, BuildCraft, and more.

So currently I own an iMac and MacBook Air and am aiming to sell both for about $2300 total so I can buy a great gaming laptop. This would be my main or only computer, so I want to make a good decision. As I'm in the $2300 price range does anyone know a good laptop I could get for around that? I want a big display, but I don't want something super heavy. 16 GB of RAM and a good quad core i7 Haswell processor along with some sort of 700 series Nvidia graphics card would be nice. What do you guys recommend I get?

Are you using Tekkit classic or tekkit main? Sounds like for friends are running a tekkit with different version of Minecraft. So then must be running a tekkit main one.

I recommend watching some Youtube videos, also if you're having trouble with something specific then just explain, because we're not going to guess.

Numina is a dependency for Modular Powersuits now. If you'd looked at the download page it clearly says to download Numina and put that in the mods folder as well.

Make a bin folder, download the Forge UNIVERSAL jar for whatever version you're using, and put that into the bin folder. Also make sure you zipis named modpack.zip.
