Plugin Plugin Creation For Tekkit Classic 1.2.5

Hello,

 

So, I'd like to learn how to make plugins(and maybe a couple of patches) for Tekkit Classic(1.2.5).  

I'm a complete noob and the one time I did try I failed miserably.

 

Would anyone we willing to run me though making plugins and teach me how?

Plugins is a whole different thing than patches: Plugins is within the Bukkit API; Patches are essentially mods... Anyways, I learned coding by watching Sgtcaze's videos on YouTube, I recommend checking him out. It's pretty good for basic stuff. If you want to have more advanced stuff, just search the bukkit forums.

Okay, thanks.  I will check him out, but the last person I tried to watch didn't go well since it was for a different version of Minecraft, so I thought it would be good if someone could teach me directly for 1.2.5.

 

But again, thanks, and I will look at him now.

It doesn't matter that lot if you are on 1.2.5, the most basic stuff is the same, but there is a lot you can't do in that version.
