Custom Modpack Won't Open

As you saw in the title, my custom modpack won't open. And this time, it's not a crash report in the crash report folder. It's titled, "ForgeModLoader-client-0" and is sitting in it's modpack folder.

It goes like this...

I have Forge 1.6.4 - 9.11.1.965 Universal

Question: How do I fix it? (lol)

I don't think this is the version you want for a 1.6.4 modpack. And you don't want the DEV version anyway. 

Check other mods to be sure they are 1.6.4. I'm new to reading logs. Maybe some log veterans will poke in.
