Trying to set up server for friends and myself

Hey guys, let me know if this can be better answered anywhere else, but here we go. I have been trying to start a tekkit sever with a few friends of mine. I used to host them all the time but now it doesn't seem to work. I have the ports forwarded and I can host a vanilla server. But it seems to be something with forge. here's my .log file.

For Minecraft 1.6.4, you need to add the Legacy Java Fixer mod and place it into your mods folder.
